in need of....

I'm in need of a few people who are willing to let me take pictures of them, their kids, or their stuff for a class I'm taking this semester. It will only be a few shots and will only take a few minutes. If you only want a few pictures of your kids or are obsessed with your car/truck/tractor/whatever, but are strapped for cash, this is perfect for you because it will be free of charge!

super excited!

I know that's not the proper use of those words, but "really excited" just doesn't cut it! I found an old 35 mm SLR at Deseret Industries last summer and it was love at first sight. However, after shooting just my first roll, I thought the camera was broken. I thought I would have to sell my first born child to pay to get it fixed. However, it wasn't broken after all! It took a little time but I figured out what was going on. I lost the roll of film in the process (sorry Skiftons, I guess you won't get those pictures after all), but it works like dream now!
